My Approach

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?  What are the patterns and thoughts that keep you from reaching your goals?  As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness and mindfulness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest online article or fad diet book.

During our sessions you will define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate diet or choices for you, but together we will explore why some foods and choices make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health and life goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.

All Programs

All programs are 6-months in length and vary according to your needs. Each session is 60 minutes long and takes place at the same time every other week.  Sessions can take place in your office or home or another place of our choosing, including over the phone or computer. During our sessions we will explore how your past weeks' action steps and choices bring you closer or further away from your goals, continually tweaking what works for you. We will explore and disrupt unhelpful patterns and build on the positive ones! You will leave each session feeling clearer and more in control of your outcomes!  As part of each of the below coaching programs, you will be given notes of our sessions, recipes, handouts, books and invitations to cooking demos, classes or talks.

Premium Support Individual Coaching

This premium program is for those who need extra support, motivation and inspiration in between sessions. You will get unlimited, full-access to me via phone, texting and email with response times ranging from immediate to 2 hours. Your session notes will have added details that will enrich the discussion from our session. If needed, this program also allows for the time for me to delve into the scientific research on any specific questions or issues. 

Premium Support

Basic Support Individual Coaching

This program is great for those who want an entry-level coaching program.  You will receive excellent individualized coaching with all the basics to move you toward your goals.

Basic Support

Group Coaching

This program is meant for those who want the coaching experience wrapped up with the support of others going through similar experiences.  In this group, clients are compassionately held accountable by the coach and each other for what they want to achieve while learning from, engaging with and encouraging others.
